NO! Coaching is not counseling. I will not be offering therapy/counseling/clinical work in a coaching setting. Although you will receive positive and thought provoking questions to keep you centered on your goals. However, I will be using my incredible listening and organizational skills to help you make a plan to G.Y.S.T!

I am accustomed to working with many different people from all backgrounds and identities. I will listen to your story and meet you where you are at in your journey. Then together we will assess what you would like to begin thinking about changing in your life. Along with reflection assignments, readings, and other resources we will set up a new path to enlightenment for you.

When it comes to individual change, I like to think of change as a spiritual journey and that we are all connected to one another more than we realize. Change starts with you and that will show up in your relationships with your family, friends, community, and the world at large.
